Hope everyone has a good holiday (you Yanks, that is). Last night we recorded the show, and here it is in all its mediocre glory. The title this week as an allusion to certain political events and at one point during the show we dare to cross that line. Not for long that as it would have ended with my hands around James' throat had we gone on longer. The majority of what we talked about was simple gaming stuff that pisses me right the fuck off. Those things include:
I give my initial review of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for the Xbox 360. I think I am way more forgiving than the editors of Gamespot, which means I probably need to play more games.
We talk extensively about the new GTA 4 trailer and tie everything from Hot Coffee to the latest Manhunt 2 scandal together.
The failure rate of the Xbox 360 is scary. We talk about how consumers are more or less screwed because Microsoft will forever get away with selling crappy products. I saw "we talk" but it's really me dominating the conversation. Sorry, dude.
Knights of the Old Republic is Star Wars done right. At least the 1/5th of the game I saw was that way. Oh, this also was the kick start to our talk on backwards compatibility.
All this plus a chat at the end about a new project we are working on. As always, feedback is more than welcome. Even you trolls who think I am the most unfunny goobersmooch on the planet are welcome to comment. Really, my reputation as a hothead is unfair, in my opinion. It's not my fault people like to push my buttons. Honest.
